COURSE DESCRIPTION:In this 3-part series of webinars, we will convince you that culture change is (a) easier than you think, and (b) can result in meaningful improvement in both engagement and bottom line results. The secret lies in uncovering your hidden culture patterns and then fixing the ones that are holding you back. In Part 1, we’ll dig into collaboration, something most cultures value, yet still don’t do very well. We will explore concrete actions you can take that reduce or eliminate those perennial challenges related to silos and information flow and make your collaboration more effective. We will share details from a case study organization that has turned this pattern around.
