W408: What "The Best Version of Baseball" Means for Associations


Major League Baseball has instituted a few new rules for the 2023 season. This effort was actually several years in the making and is designed to both speed up the pace of play and to make the games more entertaining. We’ll look at what went into the research and how these changes are preserving the integrity of the game and making MLB more fan-friendly at the same time.
