COURSE DESCRIPTION: Which comes first the chicken or the egg; the fire or the firefighter; the operational problem or the policy and procedure? The heart of the questions is whether you are reactionary or proactive. Today we like to facilitate a discussion on selected policies and procedures that must be monitored to avoid being more reactionary than proactive.   LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn how to recognize policies that should be updated.
  • Learn how to identify procedures that should be updated.
  • Learn how to think through a monitoring of policies and procedures schedule.
